REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

• Registration cancellation request must be notified to Z Event Congress Organization Services in writing.
• For cancellation requests made before January 15, 2025, 10% of the registration fee shall be refunded after deducting bank charges.
• No refund shall be made for cancellations made after January 15, 2025.
• After January 15, 2025, only name changes shall be accepted.
• All refunds shall be made after the congress.

• Fees indicated are for 4 nights and package prices will be applied.
• Kaya Convention Center, Antalya accommodation package includes 4-day accommodation fee (04 April 2025 check-in, 08 April 2025 check-out).
• VAT (10%) and Accommodation Tax (2%) will be added to the prices stated.
• The accommodation package fee must be paid to the account number specified below and the proof of payment must be sent to the meeting organization secretariat via e-mail.

• External participation fee for non-accommodating guests includes lunches on the scientific session days, 2 coffee breaks in total and excludes VAT.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

• Accommodation cancellation request must be notified to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services in writing.
• For cancellation requests made before January 15, 2025, 10% of the registration fee shall be refunded after deducting bank charges.
• No refund shall be made for cancellations made after January 15, 2025.
• After January 15, 2025, only name changes shall be accepted.

• This is a two-way transfer fee between Antalya Airport and Congress Hotel.
• Individual transfer requests shall be budgeted separately.
• Unpaid requests shall not be confirmed and all payments must be completed prior to the event.
• VAT (20%) is not included in the stated fees.
• Payments in TL shall be based on the TRCB effective selling rate on the day of payment.
• Special transfers to be requested shall be budgeted separately.

TRANSFER CANCELLATION POLICY

• Transfer cancellation request must be notified to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services in writing.
• Cancellation requests made before January 15, 2025 shall be accepted
• For transfer cancellations made after January 15, 2025, 10% of the transfer fee shall be refunded after deducting bank charges.
• Cancellations made during the congress shall not be refunded, only name changes shall be possible
• All refunds shall be made after the congress.
