REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Registration cancellation request must be notified to Z Event Congress Organization Services in writing.
  • For cancellation requests made before January 15, 2025, 10% of the registration fee shall be refunded after deducting bank charges.
  • No refund shall be made for cancellations made after January 15, 2025.
  • After January 15, 2025, only name changes shall be accepted.
  • All refunds shall be made after the congress.

  • Fees indicated are for 4 nights and package prices will be applied.
  • Kaya Convention Center, Antalya accommodation package includes 4-day accommodation fee (04 April 2025 check-in, 08 April 2025 check-out).
  • VAT (10%) and Accommodation Tax (2%) will be added to the prices stated.

  • External participation fee for non-accommodating guests includes lunches on the scientific session days, 2 coffee breaks in total and excludes VAT.

Shuttle Service (Bus/Minibus) Details:

  • From April 4 to April 8, 2025, participants who book their accommodation through Z Event Congress Service will receive free transfers between the airport and congress hotels.
  • Any flight changes must be reported in writing at least 24 hours in advance to adjust transfer schedules.
  • Transfer requests outside these dates will be treated as private transfers.
